Reiki is a powerful healing technique that is indicated for all people and all ailments! Your therapist will facilitate natural healing energy to restore physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing! I practice traditional technique of the Usui lineage.

Laura House, LMT

Laura was raised in Salem, Oregon. She moved to Portland, Oregon in 2015, after graduating from surgery school. Surgery was too sterile and did not give Laura room to bring forth her creative talents. However, Laura has always been fascinated by the body, how it interacts with the mind, and how the spirit can effect how a person feels and visa versa. Thus, a superb holistic healer was born!

Laura prides herself on being unique in her skills with a quiet strength that makes her a fantastic Massage Therapist.

Experienced Knowledge

Laura maintains professional titles in medical, nursing, and surgical assisting. Her primary passion has always been about caring for and healing people. In 2018, Laura graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Laura is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner (Usui Lineage) and Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Therapist, and Nutrition Coach.

Laura has worked in a spas, clinics, and chiropractic offices, where she has learned many valuable skills. She brings all of those skills, coupled with her natural talent, to bring her clients the most efficient healing experience.

Personal Interests

Laura enjoys many different activities. When she isn't with a client, you may find her anywhere between the dance floor dancing to some flavorful beat or at the river bank, sitting quietly, contemplating the meaning of life.

Laura enjoys traveling and especially to visit her family in Cuba. She works hard to make sure she is able to visit at least once per year. She dreams of visiting Brazil, Paris, Spain, Portugal, India, Japan, Thailand, and several other beautiful places. Laura likes meditation, poetry, Yoga, studying, playing the tongue drum, piano, and listening to music.
